Merchandise Returns & Exchanges:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us for a return authorization#

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Must be in the original packaging.
  • Do not send C.O.D. as we cannot accept these deliveries
  • Accompanied by a copy of the original invoice

We will process your return within five days of receipt.

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Special orders
  • Bead strands or prepacked beads or findings that have been broken up, unsealed or otherwise altered, including wire and stringing materials that have been unspooled
  • Sold-by-the-foot items in lengths less than three feet, such as chain, leather, and cord
  • Sold-by-the-inch items in lengths less than six inches
  • Perishable items that are past the printed expiration date on their packaging
  • Bead Lobby gift cards
  • Downloadable Products
  • Goods with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items containing a hazardous material.

For regular products returned within thirty (30)  days, you will receive a credit in the same form as your original payment: credit card, check, PayPal refund or a credit to your Bead Lobby account. If we are unable to process a credit to your credit card (expired, invalid or closed accounts), we will provide you with a credit to your account to be used on future purchases.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange any item, simply return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Bead Lobby is unable to accept a returned order from anyone other than the original purchaser.

This updated policy supersedes any previous policy, and may be changed at any time without notice.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and upon stock availability. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.beadlobby@gmail.com

You will be responsible for the  shipping cost of returned items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  The shipping cost is not included in the refund, only the cost of goods sold. If an order was sold as “FREE SHIPPING” we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
